Welcome to Roadside Wichita! By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Roadside Wichita, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides prompt, friendly, and reliable roadside assistance services in Wichita, Kansas, and the surrounding areas. These Terms and Conditions apply to all service requests and website usage.

1. Service Description

Roadside Wichita provides roadside assistance services, including:

               • Fuel delivery

               • Jump starts

               • Tire changes

               • Vehicle lockout assistance

               • Battery testing

               • Tire air top-offs

Our goal is to ensure customer safety and satisfaction by delivering high-quality service through professional, trained technicians. As we continue to grow, we may add new services and reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice.

2. Requesting Service and Payment Terms

Service Requests: Customers may request services by calling (316) 217-4911. During the call, a dispatcher will collect essential information, including customer contact details, vehicle location, and the type of assistance required.

Payment Collection: Customers are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of their service request. Alternative payment methods, such as cash, are accepted at the time of service. If no alternative payment is provided, the credit card on file will be charged.

Service Fee: Service fees will vary depending on the nature of the assistance and will be communicated to the customer before dispatching a technician.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

10-Minute Grace Period: Customers may cancel their service request within 10 minutes of making the request without incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: If a service request is canceled after the 10-minute grace period, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and will be charged to the card on file.

Refunds: Refunds are not typically issued once service has been provided. However, in cases of service discrepancies, Roadside Wichita may issue refunds at its discretion.

4. Customer Requirements for Specific Services

Lockout Service: For security purposes, the customer must present a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification before lockout service can be completed. This ensures that our team assists the rightful vehicle owner or authorized user.

Tire Change: Customers must have a spare tire in good condition. A spare tire is considered to be in good condition if it is free from visible damage, has adequate tread, and is properly inflated. If the spare tire is deemed unsafe, the technician will not install it, and the full-service fee will still apply.

5. Driver Communication Protocol

Pre-Arrival Updates: For ETAs longer than one hour, our drivers will contact customers 10-15 minutes before arrival to confirm their location and update them on the estimated time of arrival.

Location Assistance: If a driver has difficulty locating the customer’s vehicle, they will contact the customer to clarify the location.

Arrival Notification: Drivers will contact the customer upon arrival if the customer is not present at the vehicle location. Customers are encouraged to remain near the vehicle unless otherwise arranged with the technician.

6. Liability Waiver

Damage Waiver: Roadside Wichita takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to vehicles during service. However, by accepting our services, customers agree to release Roadside Wichita from liability for minor damages that may occur in routine services (e.g., lockout, tire changes) unless the damage is due to gross negligence by the technician.

Limited Liability: Roadside Wichita’s liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Customer Safety and Site Accessibility

Vehicle Accessibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible for safe service. Service may be delayed or refused if the location is unsafe for the technician, and a full-service fee may apply if the service cannot be performed safely.

Safety and Precautionary Measures: Customers are expected to secure pets and personal belongings before the technician’s arrival to facilitate a safe and efficient service environment.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Customer Information: Roadside Wichita collects only the information necessary to provide roadside assistance services effectively. We use customer contact details solely to coordinate and deliver requested services. Roadside Wichita does not share customer data with third-party organizations except as required by law.
